Artisan an exceptional opportunity, in a unique location.
Use it solely as a restaurant, or as guest accommodation, a residence, art gallery, a combination of some or all, or simply as an astute investment - the perfect all round superannuation property.
Whatever your choice, Artisan provides a once in a generation chance to live and work or invest in a splendid setting on top of Red Hill. In the paradise that is the Mornington Peninsula.
The property comprises 4 bedrooms, the master with ensuite and a walk in robe and deck overlooking the pool.
An expansive, open plan living area leads out onto a poolside alfresco.
From here, the views over the vines at Lindenderry next door are simply spectacular. As are the sunrises when the waters of Western Port Bay can be glimpsed sparkling on the horizon.
As for the sunsets, they’re simply breathtaking.
Artisan is about architectural spaces and not simply rooms. When a property is all about its location, then the building at that property must be every bit as good. And Artisan is. Artisan is a Mornington Peninsula 'destination’
A Little History
This is a property with provenance.
For many years it was “Poff’s” Restaurant Updated, “Poff’s” became Artisan.
Artisan was a unique experience, one which best savoured over a long and lazy lunch on its sunlit terrace, overlooking lush gardens and the sublime vineyards of the Mornington Peninsula.
The flavours and colours of southern France were the focus of this bistro - wine bar, which combined excellent intelligent hospitality, with a collection of Australian art which would have been at home hanging in the NGV.
At Artisan, a fully farm-to-table menu, prepared from locally grown ingredients was always the order of the day.
Artisan Cottage B&B -
Located at the very heart of Red Hill, this is a contemporary property, with a swimming pool.
